This new Public Works storage facility was designed to supplement the Township of Pine’s existing Public Works complex—providing heated storage for Township vehicles.

Constructed on a fill site; deep caisson foundations and grade beams were utilized to support the structure and heavy duty floor slab. Split-faced masonry and architectural lighting fixtures were included to comply with the Township’s strict architectural and zoning ordinances.

A large vehicle wash-bay within the building services all township vehicles. The facility is also equipped with an automatic carbon monoxide sensing exhaust fan system, that not only provides a save environment, but can also be used to efficiently cool the facility.
