This 37,000 sq. ft. municipal center includes the new center of Municipal Government for the Township of Ross. The facility was designed within a public park that includes ball fields and play structures and includes all municipal offices, police services and a 17,000 sq.ft Community Center.

A central “street” circulation path within the facility provides access to all public and recreational functions of the building, while also allowing the Township the flexibility of securing municipal functions while community center activities are occurring.

The project was creatively designed to serve a combination of municipal and recreation functions– creating a greater sense community involvement within the Township, and a true gathering center for the township residents.
