EPM Architecture Principal, Mark Edelmann has more than twenty-five years of experience in leading public and private projects to fruition—maintaining design integrity, project schedules, and construction quality project goals. Mr. Edelmann, a registered architect and structural engineer, developed Architecturally Integrated Project and Construction Management services to meet the needs of his clients.

EPM Architecture’s success is a direct result of our belief that every successful project starts with a solid foundation. A foundation where understanding the specific goals of your project is paramount before design begins. We spend time listening to you, outlining your specific goals, identifying the unique characteristics of the project, and understanding budgetary goals and construction timelines. In many cases, we are called upon to gather information from corporate focus groups, user groups, community organizations, athletic organizations, and other special interest groups. Only after receiving the appropriate input can we effectively translate your objectives into a high-quality design solutions that meets and exceeds your expectations.

As part of our services, we help our clients interface with decision makers and influencers. Specifically, we facilitate consensus-building with multiple- user clients end-user groups.
