The Cleantown USA Carwash & Detailing Facility was a two-phase project, including site preparation and building construction. Site construction began prior to building documents being completed to accelerate the project schedule.

This unique 16,000 sq. ft. carwash & detailing center includes state-of- the-art equipment and the building was designed to reflect this philosophy.

Planned as the first of five such facilities within the Pittsburgh area, the facility will bring an unprecedented level of service to the industry. EPM worked closely with the Architect during the design stages of the project and provided design assistance throughout all phases of the project. Many upgrades have been added to the project within the course of construction, while still maintaining the Owner’s schedule requirements.

The facility opened in June 2004.
