Built as a spec office building within the Brooktree Office Complex in Wexford, PA, the building includes large floor plates—providing great views of the open and rolling hillsides that surround the building. Brick piers with stone accents give the building a rhythm and solid look at it’s base. Large ribbon windows and EIFS exterior cladding float between the brick piers.
The building’s second and third floors cantilever out over the ground floor to maximize the floor area and comply with zoning setback requirements for the site. To further increase the amenities on the small lot, the full lowest level of the building serves as underground parking for the tenants.
All mechanical units were hidden on a large, flat rooftop well, which obscures them from view as you approach the building and maximized the usable site area.
