Originally a Dingbat’s corporate restaurant, the building was renovated within it’s existing shell and site to accommodate a new franchise, Uno’s Chicago Grill and Pizzeria.

A full interior and exterior renovation consisted of a complete updating of all finishes, materials, light fixtures, millwork, signage/graphics and themed artifacts packages for the restaurant.

Creative treatment of existing materials was utilized to fit within a tight budget and Uno’s corporate strict franchise design requirements. Rich wood interior bead board paneling and Tiffany lighting fixtures add a warm “Americana” interior. Little used dining areas within the existing restaurant were converted into corporate meeting/dining areas, providing additional revenue generating space to the new Owner.
