The new Renaissance Quail Hollow Resort is located a short drive from Cleveland, Ohio and operates as a full-service hotel and conference center— featuring a beautiful 18-hole golf course. An existing, independently owned hotel property was purchased by Concord Hospitalities with the intentions of proceeding with a total renovation to the existing hotel.

The entire facility was renovated to the upscale product of the Marriott Renaissance brand. A large lobby/entrance addition and pool building were constructed to provide full-service amenities to the resort guests.

The renovation work included four floors, totaling 172 rooms and four guest suites. Fifteen meeting rooms, totaling 32,000 sq. ft. were also renovated within the conference center, which includes three restaurants and banquet services.

The use of stone and natural wood throughout the exterior and interior of the project, creates the “club-like” atmosphere that Marriott and Concord Hospitalities were looking to achieve.

The existing swimming pool was removed and a three-story lobby was built to receive guests and connect the lodging areas to the conference center facility.
