Wexford Fire Station

This new state-of-the-art, fire station was designed to be the new main station for a growing community within the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. The facility includes a seven apparatus bay garage with drive-thru capabilities, training hose tower, support areas and administrative offices to support the long-term future of this volunteer fire company.

Membership support areas include a large training room with Smart-board technology, a 2,500 sq.ft. fire training simulation room and workout area and commercial kitchen areas.

A seven bedroom, live-in area includes a day room, study room, conference room and separate resident kitchen area– all secured from the main facility for controlled access.

The facility was completed by EPM Architecture under the project budget and on schedule.
