Tri-Community South EMS

The new facility for Tri-Community South EMS is an intergovernmental cooperation project– jointly run by the Municipality of Bethel Park, Township of Upper St. Clair and Township of South Park. This full-service emergency medical response unit facility serves as the major provider within the South Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. EPM completed a feasibility study for Tri-Community South EMS, determining their current and future needs. EPM also assisted in locating a suitable property to meet their service needs.

The new 14,100 sq. ft. facility, centrally houses 12 emergency response vehicles, operations, training and administrative facilities. Located on 2.25 acres within an industrial park, selected materials of split-faced cmu and deep-ribbed metal siding provide a maintenance-free, durable exterior.

EPM provided single-source services of design, engineering and construction management services, providing true turn-key project delivery to our client—ahead of schedule and under budget.
